Zeluff to be charged with capital murder

Falls County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to the Travis Community located in the western part of Falls County in response to a 9-1-1 call which came into dispatch at roughly 6:21 p.m. The caller reported an unresponsive 6 month old infant at the home of William and Dingo Zeluff.
