I spotted something today I hadn’t seen in quite a while. An actual pay phone located on the wall of a restaurant. Since the advent of the cell phone, which even children carry, I supposed the pay phone was a thing of the past. That started me thinking about other things that have been lost as the years rolled along. Before the measles/mumps/rubella shot became mandatory for children, I romped off to college and lived in a dorm.
