FFA Day celebration in Austin

As part of FFA Day At the Capital, the Marlin FFA Officers visited the State Capital, in Austin, Texas. Those attending included Daniel Pillow, Jacob Robles, Itzel Carrizales, Cheyanna Mendoza, Manual Soto, Tanner Bethke, and Advisor Chas Brantner. While at the Capital the students took a guided tour, met with Representative Kyle Kacal, Representative Trent Ashby, and visited Senator Brian Birdwell’s office.
Each student had their favorite experience which included the history of the capital, the art work exhibited, and the Medal of Honor winners from Texas exhibit.
