Rummaging Through Charitable Donations

In what appears to be a regular occurrence, a small group of individuals continue to go through donations left at the local Samaritan House.

This is truly starting to become a hassle for those who are in charge of the Samaritan House and are left to clean up the mess afterwards.

Whoever continues to rummage through the donations, decides to leave unwanted items scattered around the area.
