Purchase of VA Hospital confirmed by Sterling Group

Earlier in the month of March, the Sterling Reality Group of Houston agreed on the 15 million dollar appraisal deal for the old Veterans Hospital in Marlin.
Since then the community of Marlin has been wondering and waiting for further information on when and if the building would reopen.
