Lady Pirates set for home opener versus Avalon

On Tuesday, November 14, the Lady Pirates basketball team officially opened up the season on the road. Facing some tough competition in the form of the Dime Box Longhorns who managed to barely squeeze past the Pirates by a mere four-point deficit with the final score being 47-43.

Chilton took a very early loss in the opening game of the season they take pride in knowing they played so well so far away from home and now that the first game is out of the way, they are currently working on preparing for the next team up which just so happens to also be their home opening game.
