To the voters of Robertson and Falls Countie

My name is Bryan F. Russ, Jr. Many people know me as Rusty Russ. When I learned that Judge Robert Stem was not seeking re-election, I decided to run for District Judge for the 82nd Judicial District of Texas.

My father moved to Robertson County, Texas in 1951 to raise his family and practice law. He was the District Attorney for 25 years and, along with Bill Palmos, began the law firm of Palmos & Russ.
