Hector Cuevas, 45, from Houston, TX, pled guilty to bail jumping X2. He was sentenced to 2 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice System. Cuevas was arrested on January 16, 2025, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.

Edna Louise Foody, 40, from Lott, TX, pled guilty to evading arrest detention with vehicle.

She was placed on 5 years deferred probation, assessed a $500.00, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service.

Foody was arrested on April 23, 2025, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office.

STATE JAIL FELONY (6 TO 24 MONTHS, UP TO $10,000.00 FINE.)

Taylor Elizabeth Kay Dodd, 30, from West, TX, who had been placed on probation for the offense of burglary of building was revoked and sentenced to 20 months confinement in a State Jail Facility. Dodd was arrested on January 7, 2025, Falls County Sheriff’s Office.
