Supporting Local Business in Marlin

On May 12, 2025, the Marlin 4B Economic Development Corporation proudly presented a $2,500 Business Improvement Grant (BIG) to Martha Coronado, owner of Refresqueria Tropical, located at 114 Williams Street.

This grant is already making an impact — helping the beloved restaurant enhance its customer experience by installing roof insulation and giving the building a fresh new coat of paint. These improvements are not only boosting energy efficiency but also beautifying the heart of our community.
