Rotary: Sharing with Community

The Rotarians’ shirts read, “Rotarians at work”, but it isn’t work when having fun and loving to share!

Over the past months, Marlin volunteers have come together to provide drinking water for anyone who needed it. Rotary Club of Marlin hasn’t stopped. On May 29, 2025, Rotarians, family, and friends distributed cases of drinking water. The Catholic church offered the use of its parking lot and the following happily served: Rotary Presidentelect 2024-2025 Chip Parmer, RotarianKurt Rutz, Rotary Past President 2022-2024 Letitia Estep, Rotary Harris Foundation Chair Roger Nutt, Rotary Special Projects Chair Mark Pederson, Temple Chief of Police and Rotarian Shawn M. Reynolds, Hill County and Itasca Rotarian Joe Marek, newly-elected Rotary District 5780 Governor 20272028 Rod Henry, and Temple Rotarian Jason Duckworth. Not photographed but worked fervently to serve: Rotarian Justin Hay, Mrs. Clarissa Parmer, Jay Butler, Jeff Watkins, and Michael Magouirk.
