Church Celebrates 157th Anniversary

The public is invited to fellowship with the Marlin Missionary First Baptist Church, Rev. Vincent Hartsfield, Pastor, as they celebrate their 157th Church Anniversary. The theme is “157 Years Thy Name Has Been in This Place.” Pre-celebratory events will begin with a Church Revival, Nov. 3-4 @ 7 pm. Pastor Patrick D. Joubert of Fort Worth will be the evangelist. Friends & Family Night is Saturday, November 8 @ 6:30pm.

The Friends & Family Night consists of praise dancers, soloists, choirs, step teams, instrumental expressions and mimes. If anyone is interested in participating, please call 979.739.0219. Walk-ins are welcome. Marlin First Baptist Church is located at 507 Bennett Street-Marlin.

The Anniversary Hour will commence Sunday, November 9, 2025, at 10:30 am. Rev. F. A. Green, Sr. and the Greater Providence Baptist Church family will be the guest church.
