Local Agencies in Marlin Find Missing Child Quickly

On Friday, Jan. 16, Falls County Sheriff’s Office (FCSO) shared via the Sheriff Connect app that they’d received a report of a missing 5-year-old child who had gotten on the wrong bus.
“Thanks to the quick response of the Marlin Police Department, Marlin Fire Department, Marlin Volunteer Fire Department, FCSO, and DPS, the child was found safe within approximately nine minutes.”
The rapid and successful recovery of the child proved that agencies achieve their best when working collaboratively.
