Renee’s Sugar-Free Banana Pudding

This is a Sugar-Free recipe for those dinners that meets the needs of people with diabetes and other sugar limitations.” states Rev. Earl Presley. (Recipe by Renee Presley) Renee’s Sugar-Free Banana Pudding Ingredients: 1 Large Box Sugar-Free Instant Vanilla Pudding 1 Small Box Sugar-Free Instant Banana Cream Pudding 1 (8 oz.) Carton Light or Fat-free Sour Cream 1 Box Lower-Fat Vanilla Wafers 2 (8 oz.) Cartons Fatfree Cool Whip 4½ Cups 2% Milk 3-4 Medium Bananas In Large Mixing Bowl: Whisk pudding mixes into milk.

Add sour cream, mix until creamy.

Add the cool whip, one carton at a time.

In glass cake pan or large container: Place a small amount of pudding mix on bottom.

Put a layer of wafers and sliced bananas.

Put ½ of the pudding mix on top of the wafers/ bananas.

Put another layer of wafers and sliced bananas. Top with the rest of the pudding mix.

Garnish with wafers that are left.

Best if refrigerated overnight.
