Albert Mena

Albert Mena, 33, of Riesel, passed away on Nov. 11, 2021. 

He was welcomed into the world by his parents, Fernando and Pauline Mena on Jan. 11, 1988, in Waco. Albert lived a life full of love for his children. 

Albert is survived by his partner in life, Annie Jo; his three daughters, Alia, Sophia, and Emily; his father, Fernando Mena; his grandmother, Lupe Castillo Gonzales; his sisters, Lupe and Jennifer; his nieces, Desiree, Kirstin, Kaelyn, Aubrey; and one nephew, Baron; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. 

Albert was proceeded in death by his mother, Pauline Mena. 

A visitation will be held Tuesday, Nov. 16, 2021, from 5-7 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home, Marlin. A rosary will follow at 7 p.m. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021, at 2 p.m. 

Pallbearers will be JoQuinn “Smokey” Brooks, Ty Cobb, Arylin Abram, Cayman Colunga, John Horton, Audie Horton, Adrian Barragan and Ronnie James.
