Blanche Nixon

Blanche Nixon, of Lott, peacefully passed from this life on Sept. 11, 2021.  

Funeral service will be held Saturday, Sept. 18, 2021, at noon at Hopeful Missionary Baptist Church, Lott.  Viewing will be held Friday, Sept. 17, 2021, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Paul Funeral Home Chapel. Mask and social distancing is required.

Blanche Nixon was born to Haward O’Neil and Henrietta Paul.  

Preceeded in death by her parents; her husband, Robert Nixon; and brothers, E.C. Peoples and Larry D. Greer.

She is survived by her children, Debra Jackson, Doris Richie, Michael Nixon and Robert Nixon; sister, Virginia Shorts; grandchildren, Shamilta Constantini (Brandon) Andre Jackson (Virginia) Deandre Williams; great-grandchildren, Alani Brock, Deshaun Merritt, Isabella Jackson and Anica Jackson; and nieces and nephews.
