Dane Lawrence DeShazo

Dane Lawrence DeShazo, 60, of Houston, died Monday, April 19, 2021, in a Houston Hospital. 

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 24, 2021, in Woodland Cemetery. Rev. Phil Shuler will officiate.

Mr. DeShazo was born Sept. 2, 1960, in Pasadena to Dan and Sharon Denton DeShazo. He lived most of his life in Houston. He married Hyang Sun Yi on July 25, 1986. He served in the U.S. Army during Desert Storm. He worked as a Boat Captain for Central Boat Rentals.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Diane DeShazo Kato.

He is survived by his wife, Hyang Sun DeShazo of Houston; two daughters, Nancy Sun DeShazo and Danielle Sun DeShazo, both of Houston; his father, Dan DeShazo of Houston; his mother, Sharon Denton of San Antonio; and one sister, Denise Kazzorowski of San Antonio.

Visitation will be held from 10-10:45 a.m. Saturday, April 24, at Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud.
