Fidelia Jane Kilgore Erskine

Fidelia Jane Kilgore Erskine died peacefully at Hillcrest Hospital on Monday, December 28, 2020. She was born June 22, 1921 in Quitman, Texas to Campbell and Nell Green Kilgore. Her parents and three sisters preceded her in death. Survivors are David Pat Erskine (Pam) of Huntsville, Texas and Jerry Campbell Erskine (Mary) of Waco, TX five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. 

She was a graduate of Lon Morris College and attended East Texas Teachers College in Commerce, Texas. 

She was a long time member of the First Presbyterian Church where she sang in the choir, was an Elder and was active in Sunday school and the Presbyterian Women. 

Jane had a 30 year Career in Federal Civil Service beginning at the Civil Service Commission in Washington, D.C. and ending with retirement from Veterans Administration Hospital in Marlin, Texas. She was an honorary member of National Association Retired Federal Employees.
