Gloria Ann Wooley, 73, of Golinda, died Saturday, November 7, 2020, in a Marlin Nursing Home. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday in Chilton Cemetery. Dr. Morgan Woodard will officiate.
Miss Wooley was born April 15, 1947 in Marlin to Jack D. and Bessie Corene Moore Wooley. She graduated from Chilton High School and enjoyed quilting and reading her western pocket books. She was a member of Golinda Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister, Terri Hicks.
She is survived by one brother, Jack Wooley and wife Linda of Shiner, four sisters, Nina Sturm and husband Sydney of Willis, Sandra Bell and husband Kenneth of Rosebud, Barbara Wooley and husband Danny of Texas City, and Janet Meenan of Gatesville, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud.
