Jeffrey Scott Jones

Jeffery Scott Jones was born December 24, 1966 to Linda Lucas and Benny Jones. He was born in Marlin, Texas and graduated from high school in Marlin also. He drove a truck over the road for 28 years before he became unable to drive anymore. Scott has lived for many years with heart problems, he was a stage 4 Congestive Heart Failure patient. He passed away January 31, 2019 at Scott & White Hospital in Temple, Texas of a massive heart attack at the age of 52. He is survived by his wife Joann Jones, his son Coleman Jones and 3 grandchildren Alyssa, Xaden and Jax, his mother Linda Lucas, siblings - Vicki Chatterton, David Jones and Crystal Lynch, and a vast number of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles who will all miss him deeply. He was a member of Trinity Memorial Baptist Church where he was baptized and married to his wife of 22 years.
