Mary Hopcus Devine

 Mary Hopcus Devine, 82, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2020 in Jena, Louisiana. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Mary was born on September 3, 1938 in Marlin,Texas to Floyd & Rose Hopcus. She attended Marlin Schools. She was a telephone operator in Seabrook, Texas until the birth of her son.

    Survivors include her son, Malcolm Launey of Florida, along with five siblings, Clifford Hopcus of Hearne, Floyd Hopcus, Jr. of Corinth, Texas,

Leon Hopcus of Hearne, Margaret Salsiccia of Marlin and Jo Ann Sapp of Marlin.

     Preceding Mary in death were her husbands, Gerald Launey and John Devine, her parents & her siblings, Betty Speer, Leona Hendricks and Richard Hopcus.
