Cowboy Stew Recipe by Derinda Austin

This Cowboy Stew was especially simple to prepare after church services when a quick lunch allowed more time to visit. COWBOY STEW ”Have made this since 1960”
Brown 1 to 1½ lbs ground beef, salt to taste and add 1 medium chopped onion.
Add: 1 can (16 oz.) chopped tomatoes
1 can tomato soup 1 can yellow and or green beans 1 can sliced carrots 1 carton/can frozen peas
2 Tbs. sugar ¼ tsp. cinnamon (do not omit cinnamon) Simmer for half an hour or longer to blend flavors. Add noodles or dumplings as desired.
