Do Well Be Well Diabetes Education Classes

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension is hosting a five week educational course for those who have been diagnosed with Type-2 Diabetes.

Each week out of the five week course, there will be a new topic to be discussed every week.

Topics could include the following: what is Diabetes?, basic nutrition, carbohydrate counting, managing blood glucose levels, exercise and nutrition labels, diabetes medications, eating out wisely and lastly and probably most important is complications of diabetes.
