Dumb ducks and holiday fare

Ducks have little heads containing little brains. Add a hefty dash of nervousness and you have our remaining flock of laying ducks. Most everything in the world is viewed as a threat to their safety. Before the cold spell set in, Hubby bought a bale of hay to bed down all the critters and stave off the cold. He took several flakes to the ducks and shook them out over the bottom of their house. Beautiful coastal hay, clean and fragrant all for the comfort`of the ducks.
