Baseball/Softball Weekly for Central Region

Baseball and softball are nearing the end of district play with the playoffs just around the corner.

Rosebud-Lott

The Cougars went 3-0 on the week. They defeated Bremond 9-1 and Chilton 20-0 in district play. On Saturday, they picked-up a win over Valley Mills 8-2.

The Lady Cougars lost to Bremond 6-4 last week.

Rosebud-Lott traveled to Holland on Tuesday, April 14. Baseball will travel to Cameron Yoe on Friday, April 17, before hosting Granger next Tuesday, April 21.

Cameron

The Yoemen fell to Rogers 14-4 and 8-2 this past week.

The Lady Yoe defeated Rogers 4-3 and fell to Rogers 8-7 to wrap-up district play.

Baseball hosted Troy on Tuesday night, April 14. They will travel to Rosebud- Lott on Friday, April 17, before heading to Lexington next Tuesday, April 21.

Thorndale

The Bulldogs defeated Granger 9-2 and lost their first district game to Bartlett 7-6 last week.

The Lady Bulldogs defeated Granger 15-5.

Thorndale will host Bremond on Friday, April 17. Softball will wrap-up district play with the game. Baseball will host Holland next Friday, April 24.

Milano

The Eagles defeated Snook 10-0 and 16-3 The Lady Eagles lost to Iola 22-12.

Baseball traveled to Burton on Tuesday, April 14. They will host Burton on Friday, April 17, before hosting Somerville next Tuesday, April 21. Softball traveled to Snook on Tuesday, April 14, and will host Snook on Friday, April 17, to wrap-up district play.
