Butler named Newcomer of the Year

Several Marlin Bulldogs were named to District 13-2A All-District list for the 2019 season.
Freshman wide receiver Trajon Butler was named offensive newcomer of the year and was named to the second team defense.
Senior punter Gabriel Pena was named first team defense.
Named to second team offense were sophomore quarterback Braylen Fisher, junior wide receiver Tydae Mayes, and sophomore wide receiver TyDarren Harris.
Named to second team defense was senior safety Sir Charleston Lee. Lee was also named All-Academic All-District.
Honorable mention went to sophomore offensive lineman Jaymorian Benjamin, junior offensive lineman Isaac Kelly, senior running back Sir Charleston Lee, and sophomore defensive end TyDarren Harris.
