The Marlin Bulldogs basketball team traveled to Navarro College in Corsicana on Tuesday for the Area round of the playoffs. They took on the Martins Mill Mustangs and were defeated 44-26. The Bulldogs had a tough first half, being outscored 24-11. It would get worse, as they were outscored 13-4 in the third quarter, and would eventually lose 44-26 to bring their season to an end. Congratulations to the Marlin Bulldogs on a great season.
