It’s playoff time for the Lady Dawgs

The regular season has finally come to a close for the Marlin Lady Bulldogs after their big win on Tuesday night over the McGregor Lady Bulldogs. The Marlin girls finish the season with a 26-8 record on the season and a perfect 14-0 record in district play. They are the District Champions for the 2nd consecutive year and are set to advance in the playoffs with a Bi-Distirct match against the Rogers Lady Eagles.

These Lady Bulldogs have played a testing schedule and as a result Coach Gullette feels the Lady Bulldogs are primed and ready to make a long playoff run. They have played teams form 6A, 5A, and 4A as he sought to toughen them up for what they will see in the playoffs. Now it’s time to see if all the hard work pays off as they enter the State Playoffs.
