Marlin ISD to honor Torres and 2021 Bulldogs

This Saturday, May 14, the district will be honoring the achievements made by Head Football Coach/Athletic Director Ruben Torres and our Marlin High School football team. This season was one for the record books, as our school was the first in Texas history to receive the Jinx Tucker and Gordon Wood awards in the same season. Additionally, Coach Torres was named coach of the year by two of the state's most respected authorities on high school football (Dave Campbell's and the Padilla Poll).
You may purchase tickets for $15 from Mrs. Stricklin at Marlin Middle School. As a community, let's come together to support our team and Coach Torres for the outstanding job they did this season.
