New Waverly slips by Bulldogs

Last Friday night, October 28, the Marlin Bulldogs were playing in front of their home crowd for the final time this season against the New Waverly Bulldogs. For the majority of the game Marlin put up a good fight. They left everything on Legion Field. It was however not enough. New Waverly ended the game beating Marlin 62-38, which now puts Marlin at 3-6 on the season and most likely out of playoff contention. But the season is not over yet.
