Jones, Relay Team headed to State Meet

A few Marlin track team members are headed to the State Meet after a good showing at the Regional Track Meet.

Woodson Signing

Desmond Woodson Jr. signed to play football on an Academic Scholarship from East Texas Baptist University in Marshall. Woodson was the Marlin Bulldogs auarterback for the past two seasons.
Area track results for Marlin High

The Marlin Bulldogs came in second place in the Area Track Meet with 79 points last week.
Roderick Suiters was sixth in high jump.
Marlin track teams do well at district

The Marlin boys and girls both came in second place in the district track meet last week. Several team members advanced to the area meet which was held Monday and Tuesday in Reisel.
Jones competes at Texas Relays

Marlin High Senior, Praiyer Jones, competed in the 95th Texas Relays at the University of Texas on Friday, April 1. The Texas Relays is the second largest track & field competition in the USA.
