The Marlin Athletic Booster Club met at 6 pm, Thursday, August 4 at the MHS cafeteria, Michael Magouirk, President and Debra Levels-McDavid, Vice President presiding.
Last week, District 2A Shot Put Champ and Marlin High School senior, Praiyer Jones, competed in the 56th AAU Jr. Olympic Games on the campus of North Carolina A&T in Greensboro, N.C.
The Bulldog football coaches held a clinic on Aug. 1 and issued football gear to the players. The Bulldogs are ranked fourth in the state going into the 2022 football season.
Four area track stars punched their ticket to the TAAF State Meet. They will represent local track club CTX 5.0 in Corpus Christi July 28-31.
