Rotarian Samuel F. Wright: His Professional Expertise and Ethical Leadership Serves Others

On Wednesday, March 18, 2026, Rotarian Samuel F. Wright spoke to the Marlin Rotary Club about the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), the 1994 federal statute that provides for the right to reemployment in federal, state, local, and private-sector jobs for individuals who left those jobs for voluntary or involuntary service in our nation’s armed forces. USERRA is codified in title 38 of the United States Code.
