City of Marlin Approves Downtown Business Renovation Grant Program to Revitalize Local Economy

Marlin, Texas – At its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, the Marlin City Council unanimously approved the launch of the Downtown Business Renovation/Restoration Grant (DBRRG) Program, a new initiative spearheaded by the Marlin 4B Economic Development Corporation (MEDC). This grant program is designed to support property owners and businesses in revitalizing and restoring commercial spaces within the heart of downtown Marlin.
