The Booker T. Washington Resource Center board members have worked very hard to keep the “Wildcat Den” open for public use. It’s time to expand out into the school area of the building.

Every year the Chamber of Commerce comes together and plans the Christmas Parade for Marlin. This year the chamber board has tried something new with a judging of the floats.
On November 30, approximately 10:00 P.M. The City of Marlin Fire Department was dispatched to a fire located at 1008 North Business Highway 6 in Marlin.
Local officials as well as citizens of Falls County attended the ceremony at the new DPS office located on the first floor of the Falls County Courthouse building.
