The City of Marlin has officially proclaimed May 28, 2025, as “Keundra ‘KeKe’ Wilson Day” in honor of Marlin High School senior Keundra “KeKe” Wilson and her accomplishments in track and field.

Held in Waco, the event recognized emergency medical service providers who have passed away, including those who lost their lives in the line of duty and those who left lasting impacts on their communities.
