Celebrating Cinco de Mayo at C7’s Food Park

The community gathered at the C7’s Food Park this past weekend to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with incredible flavor and festive flair. The air was filled with the irresistible scent of sizzling street tacos, fresh salsa and perfectly seasoned elote at the May 2 event. C7’s Food Park is a community-centered outdoor dining space that officially opened in November 2025. By offering daily, weekly and monthly rates, the park provides a flexible home for rotating vendors. It was established with the vision of creating a consistent local hangout that supports mobile culinary entrepreneurs while providing a family-friendly environment for residents.
