On Feb. 25 at approximately 3:30 p.m., the Marlin Police Department and the Marlin Fire Department responded to a call about a structure fire at the 400 block of Capps St.
According to Sgt. Ryan Howard with the Texas Department of Public Safety, a Honda civic ended up in a lake near Chilton in Falls County. Around 5:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb.
Marlin city officials have hired several new employees over the last few weeks.
Marlin residents have had a tough week with unprecedented winter weather that has struck the area.
